About the Role
In this role, you will embody Do The Right Thing by protecting People, Assets, and Brands. You will work in an energized, fast paced environment focused on creating a safe environment for our employees, teams, and customers; this is critical to driving our Brand Power, Enduring Customer Relationships, and exuding our commitment to Team and Values. You’ll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
+ Provide leadership and supervision to security staff, ensuring a high standard of security service.
+ Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure environment.
+ Manage and monitor building access control systems and ensure compliance with security protocols.
+ Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for staff.
+ Coordinate effectively during emergency situations, ensuring swift and appropriate responses.
+ Develop and maintain security protocols and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all staff.
+ Evaluate and assess potential security risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Who You Are
+ Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams in a security context.
+ Experience in conducting training sessions and creating informative presentations.
+ Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and lead calmly and professionally during emergencies.
+ Dependable with a commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining confidentiality.
+ Skilled in addressing inquiries and managing a diverse range of individuals and situations.
+ Flexibility to adapt to varied roles and responsibilities within the corporate security setting.
+ At least 5 years of experience in a security role with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, preferably in a corporate or high-security environment.
+ Familiarity with physical security, information security, emergency response protocols, and team management.
+ Proven ability to provide white-glove customer service in a leadership role.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including potentially weekends and holidays.
+ Must pass a comprehensive background check and meet all physical requirements of the role.
+ Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
+ Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and operation of security measures.
+ Lead and direct team responses during emergencies, maintaining calm and professionalism.
+ Conduct training sessions for security staff, ensuring they are up to date with the latest security protocols and practices.
+ Develop and deliver presentations on security procedures and protocols to staff and management.
+ Monitor the implementation of access control, perimeter security, and surveillance systems.
+ Evaluate and review security procedures and recommend improvements.
+ Act as a primary liaison with external emergency services and internal departments during security incidents.
+ Oversee the preparation and maintenance of logs, records, and reports related to security activities and incidents.
+ Ensure compliance with all security policies and regulations within the corporate headquarters.
+ Conduct performance evaluations of security staff and provide guidance for professional development.
+ Manage shift scheduling to ensure adequate security coverage at all times.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
+ Strong ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct training and presentations.
+ Advanced knowledge and experience in access control, perimeter security, and surveillance systems.
+ Proven track record of making sound decisions in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary Range: $56,100 - $71,600 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
