Responsibilities:
Empower AI: As the Asset Management Stock Clerk, you will perform asset management support activities focused primarily on computer hardware and peripheral bench stock at all locations supporting organizational staff members within the Joint Service Provider (JSP) user community. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of peripheral bench stock for Pentagon, Mark Center and remote locations as needed
- Tracks peripherals on spreadsheets which are used to assess current needs, usage trends and projections for future use of peripherals. Reports all out of stock items.
- Monitor the JP6 Property Supplier Delivery queue in Remedy, move tickets to the proper EUD queue in Remedy when the requested peripheral arrives from warehouse. Update the JP6 Property Supplier Delivery queue as needed.
- Orders peripherals from warehouse and coordinates the transfer of equipment to other locations to balance bench stock
- Reports out of stock items to contract leadership
- Maintains organization of all bench stock areas
- Creates Remedy tickets for warehouse to collect End of Life, DRMO peripherals and monitors.
- Coordinates the pickup of end of life equipment
- Stages and organizes peripherals in anticipation of scheduled projects
- Supports distribution of equipment, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to monitor and ensure desired delivery times.
- Duties include unboxing computers from warehouse, tracking assets in Remedy tickets, working with DPAS Property Custodians to assure proper asset tracking
- Prepares computer hardware for sanitization and destruction
- Couriering hardware between buildings as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Clearance Required: US Department of Defense (DOD) issued Secret clearance
- Required Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Required Education: Associates Degree or equivalent related experience
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
