This role requires a Licensed Psychologist with experience in special education programs, school settings, or extensive psychological assessment expertise. Proficiency in administering and interpreting tools such as ADOS, WAIS, WISC, WJ IV, and Wechsler is essential. A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in the field is required.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts evaluations and provides behavioral insights for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to support diagnosis, program planning, and consultation.
- Offers expertise in psychology to enhance comprehensive services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic and consultation team.
- Serves as a teacher and consultant to staff involved in the development and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assists in developing new programs based on identified needs and evaluates existing programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Handles additional duties, including conservatorship petitions, competency evaluations, and diversion plans, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical psychology, specializing in intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Proficiency in administering standardized psychological assessments (e.g., WISC, WAIS, WCJ).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments based on data and observations.
