Position Overview:
An assembly worker is responsible for assembling products, components, or parts in a manufacturing or production setting. They play a critical role in the production process by following assembly instructions, using hand tools or machinery, and ensuring that finished products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assembly:

Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics to understand the product assembly process.

Assemble parts or components according to specifications, either manually or using machinery.
Quality Control:

Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from the assembly instructions.
Tool Usage:

Properly and safely use hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for the assembly process.

Safety Compliance:

Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly work is a plus but not always required.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to work with hand tools and machinery.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and performing calculations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and processes.
