What you will be doing:
You will use available parts to assemble various water treatment equipment or kits according to detailed operating instructions, safely operating a forklift, working at various workstations to complete scheduled assemblies, reporting any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements as per Franklin Electric Quality standards.

What you need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1-3 years or more experience working in a manufacturing type position (preferred)
- Fork-life Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred)
- Must meet physical demands of the job
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Punctual/dependable with great attendance
Physical demands for the job:
This role requires to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly required to walk. Occasionally required to sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps, turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities/ reach above shoulders.
