Assembly Technician 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:20PM –  10:50PM (Swing-Shift)
Location: Natomas, CA
Pay: $16.75/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Assembly Technician for a full-time position in Natomas. This role is essential to assisting with material production and supporting the assembly department. Note: Training will be 1st shift from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for the first 4 weeks, paid at $16.50. Once training is complete, pay will be increased to $16.75.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly department with material production and handle general tasks.
• Use hand and power tools for assembling and deburring tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while supporting the assembly process.
• Inspect assembled parts for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow work orders to assemble components accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2 years in assembly or warehouse work is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Mindset: Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
