We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team, responsible for preparing and assembling mechanical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test Methods (TMs), protocols, and engineering requests. This role supports the Operations, R&D, and Quality departments.
Process products from raw material preparation to finished goods manufacturing.
Operate all production equipment effectively.
Assemble mechanical components and fluidic systems, conduct inspections, and handle packaging and labeling.
Utilize microscopes and other analytical tools.
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Complete necessary paperwork for record-keeping.
Work with cleanroom, laboratory, and manufacturing equipment, completing all required training.
Interact with manufacturing personnel and other departments as needed.
Adhere to GMP and ISO regulations.
Collaborate effectively within a team while also being able to work independently.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Maintain compliance with quality systems and company policies.

Job Requirements
High School diploma required; 2-4 years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
Familiarity with FDA/GMP/GDP regulations is essential.
Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
Experience with lab equipment and basic hand tools (e.G., microscope, oven, DI water system, sealer, screwdriver, and wrench).
Proficient in operating production equipment and computers in a cleanroom environment.
Understanding of QCBD and QAD software systems.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other regulations, including meeting productivity standards.
Regular, punctual attendance is required.
Must be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs.
Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and accurately.
Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time and move around the office as needed.
Close-range observation skills are necessary.
Compensation:
We offer competitive pay, with a base hourly rate ranging from $21.23 to $25.30, along with potential additional compensation and benefits.
