About the Job
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work per standard operation procedures
- Document the manufacturing process as required
- Inspect parts/assemblies under microscope
- Perform basic equipment maintenance & calibration
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing
- Assist recommending solutions to technical problems
- May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment
- Assist engineers as needed
- Cross-training in other areas as needed
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience or practice executing delicate tasks with small, fragile parts
- Computer literacy including data entry in Excel
- Ability to see details at close range
- Excellent hand to eye coordination
- The job requires access to defense articles and related technical data subject to the International Traffic and Arms Regulations ("ITAR") 22 C.F.R. §§ 120-130. Therefore applicants must be U.S. persons as the term is defined in ITAR § 120.15
