Pine Hill Trailers is looking for Assembly Technicians with experience in wood decking to join our team. We have expansions underway to accommodate our steady growth! We have customers driving in from as far as the Mid-West & Canada to have their trailers serviced by our team because of our strong reputation for quality and service.
For over 20 years, Pine Hill Trailers has served the needs of haulers through custom and stock trailer designs. Our focus started in the shed hauling industry and has grown to provide trailer and truck bed solutions for many industries and consumers. Our Assembly Technician Will:
- Mount lights and other electrical components
- Run hydraulic lines in our trailers
- Install hydraulic components
- Provide their own hand tools
- Read drawings, hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Work 40-50 hours, depending on the workload. Most of those hours will be Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Our Ideal Assembly Technician:
- Experienced: Must have a clear understanding of electrical systems and hydraulics. Previous experience working on an assembly line in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Safety Focused: Cares about the safe and proper use of tools.
- Active: Able to be on your feet, lift up to 75 lbs., reach, bend, pull, etc.
- Quality Focused: Understands the importance of paying attention to details so that our customers receive a high-quality, ruggedly built trailer that will serve them well. Will address potential problems in design or assembly.
- Systematic: Able to follow processes to ensure consistent, high-quality products. No cutting corners.
- Efficient: Take on a Lean Manufacturing mindset of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Dependable: Comes to work on time. Steady approach to work. Desire to contribute as part of a team.
- Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do a great job. Will treat teammates with care and respect.
