Volt is immediately hiring for an Assembly Operator I at Mount Joy, PA.
As an Assembly Operator I, you will:
Schedule: 1st shift – MON-THURS 6 AM-4 PM
2nd Shift - MON-THURS 4 PM-2:30 AM

As an Assembly Operator I, you will:
- Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions.
- Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.
- Gather and record data accurately.
- Detect, correct errors and utilize company communication and quality methodology.
- Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity.
- May be required to use technical equipment, for example comparator, microscope, and other measuring equipment, Crosstrain in other departments as needed.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of Assembly experience required.
- Experienced with Microscope or small part assembly.
- High school Diploma/ GED.

Salary
$17 - $18 per hour
