Shift and pay rate

• 1 ^st shift with once a month work one week on 2nd shift (rotating schedule)
• Monday through Friday OT as needed
• 8-10 hour shifts

Job Description:

• Client-Assemble & Assemble industrial machinery, mechanical components, and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment; reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Perform inspections and final inspections of incoming parts and assemblies
• Identify and document defects or non-conformances and communicate findings
• Collaborate with Project Coordinator, Machinists and Foreman to address and resolve assembly or quality issues.
• Perform functional testing of assembled components to ensure operational reliability before delivery to the next phase of production or shipment.

Must Haves:

• Must be technically proficient: ability to read technical drawings and blueprints as well as use calipers and measuring tools
• Inspection experience: ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations in parts and assemblies
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Background check and drug test required prior to start

Preferred but not required:

• Vocational or technical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards or lean manufacturing principles
• Certifications such as OSHA, Forklift, or relevant quality assurance certifications
