Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
• Use hand and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to produce highly engineered, custom-built mobile material handling machinery

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in manual assembly, automotive mechanic, fabrication
• Experience in custom build shops or automotive mechanics preferred
• Extra plus for diesel mechanic experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
