Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring an Assembler for our client, a trusted metal fabrication company located in Welcome, NC! This Temp-to-Hire opportunity offers a pay rate of $17.20 per hour and a convenient 3rd shift schedule (10:30pm – 7:00am).

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble components by following detailed instructions, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
• Apply and inspect wire harnesses, ensuring quality and proper connections.
• Remove and add accessory wiring according to wire diagrams and run lists.
• Communicate any issues with diagrams or products to supervision and engineering teams.
• Document all completed work and ensure tools are properly calibrated.
• Participate in quality feedback meetings and continuous training.
• Follow Lean manufacturing methods and maintain compliance with company standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Knowledge of crimping and stripping techniques.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, wire run lists, and bills of material.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PC Windows systems is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; previous assembly experience preferred.
