Summary: Seeking an experienced Assembler for medical device production, with a focus on adherence to clean room protocols and precision in assembly tasks.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 to 3 years of previous medical device assembly experience.

Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions.

Basic mathematical skills necessary for job duties (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Capacity to work in a clean room environment and adhere to its practices and procedures.

Proficiency in performing repetitive work according to set procedures, sequence, and pace.
Preferred Skills:
-
Familiarity with GDP, GMP, and Lean Manufacturing processes is preferred.

Maintains confidentiality of documents and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Master the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with the Assembler role.

Efficiently assemble medical devices on two or more product lines meeting or exceeding standard rate expectations.

Accurately complete and maintain written records of manufacturing operations including Device History Records, Data Sheets, and Lot Control.

Follow instructions from Supervisors or Leads regarding priorities, work schedules, special assignments, job standards for building medical devices.

Operate manufacturing and measurement equipment after appropriate training such as microscopes, test equipment, EFDs (fluid dispensers), ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, dial calipers pressure gauges, rulers etc.
Additional Information:
This position is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an expected duration of 3 months before consideration for permanency. The role operates during standard business hours from Monday through Friday. Candidates must pass employment verification checks including education and background verification.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $17.00 per hour
