We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Assembler for our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in assembly, production, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will utilize their technical skills to contribute to our team, working on exciting projects and initiatives. Responsibilities:

Assemble, repair, and test various types of financial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly procedures.
Collaborate with the design team to improve product efficiency and design.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any defects or malfunctions.
Ensure all assembly operations are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues during the assembly process and implement effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Liaise with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assembler, Electro-Mechanical Assembler, Electrical Mechanical Assembler, Production Assembler/Technician, or a similar role in the production or manufacturing sector.
Proven experience with assembly, production, and manufacturing processes.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies is a plus.
A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
