We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Assembler for our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in assembly, production, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will utilize their technical skills to contribute to our team, working on exciting projects and initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Assemble, repair, and test various types of financial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly procedures.
- Collaborate with the design team to improve product efficiency and design.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any defects or malfunctions.
- Ensure all assembly operations are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues during the assembly process and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Liaise with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assembler, Electro-Mechanical Assembler, Electrical Mechanical Assembler, Production Assembler/Technician, or a similar role in the production or manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience with assembly, production, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies is a plus.
- A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
