A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Technician in Sandy, Utah. The Manufacturing Assembly Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

• The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differential.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:45 PM–1:00 AM.

• Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications.
• Adhere to clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and quality guidelines.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is not required.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and Team Leads/Supervisors.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
  • Experience using basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
  • Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and responsibilities as needed.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
