Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler with Inspection expertise to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly processes and possess the skills necessary to inspect finished products for soldering defects and quality issues.
Responsibilities:
Perform electronic assembly tasks following work instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
Assemble electronic components onto circuit boards or assemblies using soldering techniques, hand tools, and equipment.
Inspect finished products using visual inspection methods, magnifying glasses, microscopes, or other inspection tools to identify soldering defects, quality issues, or component discrepancies.
Assess inspection findings to determine if rework or repairs are necessary to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Document inspection results, defects, and rework/repair activities accurately and timely.
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality assurance team members to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
Proven experience in electronic assembly, soldering, and quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with electronic components, circuit boards, and assembly techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify soldering defects and quality issues through visual inspection.
Experience using inspection tools such as magnifying glasses, microscopes, or other visual aids.
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet production deadlines.
