Assembler Overnights - Spherion

Spherion is looking for an overnight assembly worker to work on our North Mankato manufacturing customer's bustling 3rd shift. These positions offer FT Hours + OT and DT opportunities! This is a long-term temp opportunity - work with your hands and build something incredible!

Perks and Benefits:
Climate-controlled facility
Able to have sealed beverages on the production floor
$1 increase when converting to full-time

Responsibilities:
Operate various air tools, hand tools, and machines in a production environment to assemble and align parts
Package and band containers as needed
Visually check parts for damage or contamination
Assemble parts by instructions pertaining to a particular part number
Perform other duties as assigned

Working hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Skills:
Willingness to work overtime as required

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability and stamina to work for several consecutive hours with parts weighing up to 35 lbs.
