- The ideal candidate will have experience with IPC-620 standards.
- The position requires the ability to perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings.
- Desired skills include mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies, such as torque and cable routing ensure efficient production
Requirements:
- We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in building electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting.
- Must have previous experience as an electro mechanical assembler utilizing IPC-620 standards.
- Experience with IPC-620 standards, including:
- Crimping open and closed barrels
- Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel)
- Soldering
- Solder sleeves
- Daisy chains
- Solder splices
- Able to perform self-inspections (understanding criteria – acceptable or defect recognition)
- Able to follow work instructions and understand drawings
- Mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies
- Torque (understanding how to set tool and use)
- Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires)
