Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable Harness Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high mechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble complex cable harnesses with precision and efficiency. This position requires hands-on work with various tools and processes to strip, crimp, and assemble copper and coaxial wires. Prior experience with IPC 610/620 requirements is a plus.

Required Skills:

High mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in using hand tools for stripping, crimping, and assembling wires.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

Prior experience with IPC 610/620 requirements and cable assembly.

Familiarity with soldering techniques and electrical testing equipment.
