The ideal candidate should be hardworking with the ability to learn quickly, good attendance, and a great attitude! Previous production experience is not required. These are first shift positions, with a choice of start times.
Note: Transportation through the Flint MTA and Livingston County LETS is available.
Responsibilities of Assemblers and Packers:
- Assemble, inspect, and pack various brackets.
- Maintain a steady workflow by performing prescribed production procedures accurately and timely.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules.
Requirements of Assemblers and Packers:
- Forklift experience is not required but a big plus.
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and reach.
- Excellent attendance to support the production team.
