We are now accepting applications for Screw Man with experience to perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. The person will work with a paving crew laying asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, etc. Must have reliable transportation. This is a seasonal job.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a screed operator.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
• Work with Paver Operator to maintain consistent head of material and adjust as needed.
• Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Always follow the dress code and proper use of PPE.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
