Asphalt Operations Manager - Gpac

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in bookkeeping, CRM management, and executive-level administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and COO in a fast-growing startup, immersing yourself in the daily activities and collaborating with multifunctional teams to drive the success of our marketing strategies and overall business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Support: Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, manage bill payments, and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Office and Business Support: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage relationships with insurance and banking partners, and handle logistics for expos or events.
• CRM Management: Efficiently manage the CRM system, to streamline customer information, improve workflows, and enhance client relationships.
• Executive Level Support: Provide high-level calendar management, scheduling, and travel support for executives to ensure smooth operations and maximize their productivity.
• Additional projects as role evolves.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Strong background with Excel and CRM support, ideally with experience in Odoo or similar CRM platforms.
• Understanding of business operations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
• Previous experience in executive-level support, demonstrating the ability to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other accounting software and tools.
• Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce preferred.
