We are seeking an ASC Nurse Manager to oversee nursing care and the surgical team at our Rosemont, PA location. This role involves coordinating OR activities, managing staff, ensuring patient safety, and implementing care plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Delegating nursing activities and managing OR operations.
• Scheduling nursing personnel and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Providing patient education and training.
• Documenting nursing interventions and observations.
• Training new team members and developing clinical policies.

Qualifications include an RN license, BLS certification, and 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a surgical setting. Strong communication, critical thinking skills, and knowledge of patient safety are essential.
