Are you an experiencedPlaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney who can handle asbestos/toxic tort cases like a pro? This firm focuses on asbestos, lung cancer, and consumer litigation, and they are looking for talented associate attorneys to join their dynamic team. As a 3-5 years experienced Plaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, providing expert legal advice to clients, and representing them throughout the litigation process. You'll also have the opportunity to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties, as well as prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings.

• Must have Active Pennsylvania License
• 3-5 years of experience in Plaintiff Asbestos & Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney
• Expertise in handling civil litigation cases related to asbestos/toxic torts
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for justice and making a difference in the world
• Conduct legal research
