The Asbestos Attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel, developing case strategies, and advocating for our clients in court.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in asbestos-related litigation and toxic tort cases
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents
- Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
- Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients during court proceedings
- Collaborate with experts and gather evidence to support cases
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations regarding asbestos exposure
- Participate in discovery processes and manage case files effectively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in asbestos litigation or toxic tort cases
- Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and legal precedents
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Proven track record of success in litigation and case management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
