JOB Description:
AS400 JD :
- 10+ years of Production Support experience in Applications and Processes of highly complexity
- Provides highly complex functional support for applications, prioritizes issues and distributes ticket to the appropriate team for resolution
- Isolates highly difficult or significantly ambiguous issues by reproducing the incident, identifying invalid data within the database, and/or tracing transactions through infrastructure to identify failure point
- Creates DB2 400 / SQL scripts to correct invalid data within the database
- Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Presents, Communicates, and articulates technically complex information to stakeholders.
- Resource to work in 16/5 support that includes 2nd shift and night shift in rotational basis.
