Position: Artist Relations & Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Nashville
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional nights and weekends for off-site events)
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists and their management teams.
- Coordinate artist appearances, performances, and promotional events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and industry partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Serve as a liaison between artists, customers, and internal teams, including marketing, PR, and sales.
- Assist with the development and execution of artist-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Extensive background in audio or audio engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for off-site events.
- Ability to obtain required certifications related to the position.
