Key Responsibilities
+ Seeking a motivated and skilled AI Product Owner to join our team for life insurer.
+ The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business driving the development and implementation of AI-driven products that enhance customer experiences streamline operations and improve risk assessment.
+ Product Vision & Strategy : Define and communicate the vision for AI products vision and strategy. Develop and communicate product roadmaps aligning with company goals market needs & regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve underwriting claims processing customer service and other key areas. Drive user-centric design principles ensuring AI solutions enhancing the customer journey and deliver measurable value.
+ Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with stakeholders actuaries underwriters and customers gathering requirements aligning with product goals. Cross-functional team collaboration including data scientists engineers and IT to prioritize and deliver AI driven features. Act as the primary point of contact for AI team and stakeholders managing expectations and updating on product progress. Communicate performance updates providing transparency on AI-driven decisions/outcomes to various stakeholders.
+ Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs competitive products and potential AI applications. Analyze data and user feedback to inform product iterations and enhancements. AI Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee lifecycle of AI products and features including development of models/algorithms from ideas through launch. Participate in continuous optimization delivering high-quality solutions meeting business objectives.
+ Agile Product Management : Create prioritize and maintain the product backlog removing ambiguity on tasks/goals using agile methodologies. Help plan/manage sprint cycles for on-time delivery of high-impact releases ensuring timely delivery of features. Write user stories and acceptance criteria guiding development teams in building effective AI solutions.
+ Performance Metrics & Reporting : Establish KPIs/metrics including customer satisfaction conversion rates and operational efficiency of AI products. Evaluate the impact of AI initiatives on key product goals communicating via regular reports on performance to stakeholders. Utilize data analytics to derive insights and drive product improvements.
+ Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Collaborate with actuarial/legal teams for industry regulations & ethical standards compliance of customer data and bias in AI models.
Required Skills
+ Bachelors degree in business Data Science Computer Science or a related field advanced degree preferred.
+ 7+ years exp in Product Management (Not a scrum master with Product Ownership), AI/ML, NLP, Agile Management
