As a Direct Care Professional (DCP), you are responsible for meeting the emotional and physical needs of the clients served at Arthur's Senior Care. You provide quality care for Seniors in later stages of life including hospice interaction and end of life care. You are extensively trained in memory care and are prepared to care for the later stages of Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia and challenging conditions. They are highly skilled at meeting each person’s physical and safety needs, as well their deep emotional and spiritual needs and accompanying clients on a variety of recreational and leisure-time activities.

Flexible PT and FT hours available - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Convenient 4-6-8 hour shifts available for flexibility with class schedules.
NEW PAY SCALES have the pay rates starting up to $22.50/hour depending on the position and when you are working with huge benefits for those that choose to work full-time. Rates are as follows:
$17.00/hour for day and evening shifts
$19.00/hour for weekend shifts
$19.00/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts
$21.00/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday)
Initial Training is $15.00/hour for part-time Arthur's Employees
**The Awake Over Night pay rates apply to the hours worked between 10p - 6a
Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) allows you to earn up to $2000 for schooling.

Requirements:
-Must have a heart for providing exceptional care
-Must be 18 or older -Must have access to reliable transportation
-Must commit to working 2-3 shifts/week if part-time
