Blink's marketing team is looking for a talented, innovative art director with exceptional creative skills and a relentless desire to delight customers across a range of global initiatives. We are looking for a digital designer with proven experience across paid media and organic assets, email, display assets, and beyond.
The ideal candidate has the ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into customer-centric designs that elevate the Blink brand and generate growth. You proactively identify creative opportunities to improve the customer experience, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and articulate strategic design choices.
You are organized, flexible, self-motivated, and thrive in a deadline-driven atmosphere. You prioritize asks strategically and manage time effectively. You exhibit strong attention to detail, respond constructively to feedback, and want to be part of an engaged team who values collaboration and shares a goal of creative excellence.
You have proven expertise across the B2C e-commerce and consumer marketing space. You are ahead of the latest design trends and are well versed in industry and creative best practices. Professional experience working with global brands is required.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with colleagues, channel owners, and external partners to create best-in-class Blink customer experiences and raise brand awareness, whether online or in physical retail settings
Develop and execute marketing and brand creative in support of international product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
Support your designs using insights including quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and feedback
Manage own time and responsibilities with timely communication to stakeholders and peers
Maintain and contribute to Blink design best practices and guidelines
A day in the life
This role will be responsible for producing engaging, revenue-driving creative across a variety of markets, products, channels, and mediums. They will work cross-functionally to develop assets that surprise and delight customers, raise the bar for visual design at Amazon, and drive revenue growth for the business. This role will play a critical part in sharing Blink's story and continuing to expand the brand at a global level.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
