Required Skills:
Art Director, Creative X Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and develop/architect brand campaign and brand experiences that are rapid response/responsive to culture.
2. Use direction, design and conceptual ideas to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product.
3. Stay current on global cultural trends and industry updates, and proactively develop timely ideas.
4. Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience.
5. Execute original, breakthrough work by applying innovative visual treatments and concepts to dynamic assets.
6. Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts.
7. Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team.
8. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, engineers, strategists and product managers.
9. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary internal team, working with copywriter and cross-functional partners as well as external creative partners.
10. 20% travel required - 10% to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. and 10% to various unanticipated locations internationally.
Minimum Qualifications:

11. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Foreign equivalent accepted. Requires 36 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
12. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
13. Experience at agency/in-house concepting, art directing and realizing ideas for brand and product
14. Experience in design, editing and motion graphics for (but not limited to) titles, end cards, branding elements, lower thirds
15. Experience designing, art directing and articulating conceptual design decisions
16. Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality comps and prototypes using creative software and other tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects etc.)
17. Experience working on mobile-first social campaigns
18. History of self-initiated projects, detail-focused design skills
19. Product design and project strategy and
20. Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Public Compensation:
$151,931/year to $163,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits
