Armed Security Supervisor - $24.52 / hr. - Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Saturday - Monday - 9pm-5am, Wednesday-Thursday 5am-1pm (40 Hours)
Compensation: $22.52/hr. + Benefits! (The pay increases to $24.52/hr. upon the successful completion of our Armed Program at 60 days!)
Site Location: Tempe and surrounding East Valley locations (Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, etc.)

Job Summary
We are looking for an Armed Security Supervisor to join our team and work at our sites in the East Valley - including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe.
The Armed Security Supervisor will be responsible for conducting vehicle patrols, checking in with the multiple sites and facilities, and responding to issues/emergencies on shift.
As an Armed Security Supervisor, you will help to ensure your account's safety and security while helping your team feel supported.

Duties and Skills:
- Ensure that the security team meets organizational goals for productivity, performance management, and employee engagement by visiting multiple sites.
- Complete detailed, accurate, and grammatically correct electronic reports on findings and incident involvements.
- Safely operate a company owned vehicle to patrol site facilities to ensure safety and security.
- Proactively support and work with law enforcement and emergency services when responding to a high incident.
- Respond to incidents promptly, as directed by the Security Operations Center.
- Appropriately communicate with supervisors, peers, client associates, and the public professionally.
- Deploy your intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize the proprietary software systems on-site.
- Conduct thorough foot patrols around the premises to observe anything out of the ordinary.
- Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
- Have a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures, site-specific post orders and duties, and client safety programs.
- Must be able to self-manage and make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out your duties following company and client policies.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all on-site.
- Handle sensitive information and material. In doing so, always remain confidential.
- Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when required or in the event of an emergency.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Unarmed Security Guard License in Arizona
- Valid Armed Security Guard Card (We can help you obtain it if you don't have one!)
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean MVR (Driving Record)
- 1+ year(s) of experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement.
- Completion of Anderson's Armed Training Program.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certified – we can help with this!
- Must be authorized to work in the United States legally
- Submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD-214, Form 4
