• Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Liaison with local authorities to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to complex or high-stakes incidents.
• Client Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information and interacting with high-profile individuals.

• Minimum of  6 years of experience in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
• High level of physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.
• Proficient in both communication and dictation.
• Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.
• Ensures precise, concise, and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated skill in creating thorough, accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.

• Client-Centric Mindset: A focus on providing discreet, high-quality service tailored to each client's needs.
• Advanced Tactical Training: Proficiency in defensive driving, CQB (Close Quarters Battle), and high-threat environment operations.
• Crisis Management: Ability to lead in emergencies and direct clients and team members.
• Emotional Intelligence Training: Preferred candidates will have formal training in emotional intelligence, enabling them to handle high-stress situations with empathy and maintain composed, effective communication with clients and team members. 
• Advanced Medical Training: Certification in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) to manage medical emergencies on-site, prioritizing client safety.
• Unarmed Combat Proficiency: Training in self-defense and unarmed combat techniques to handle conflicts effectively when disarmed or in close quarters.
