• Leadership and Communication: Serve as a leader to establish clear communication channels and ensure the smooth execution of security plans. Liaise effectively with event staff and site points of contact (POC) to align on operational needs.
• Event Timeline Adaptability: Seamlessly transitions between stages of an event, ensuring consistent security coverage and operational efficiency.
• Incident Response: Act as a key responder to assist the team during incidents, providing guidance, support, or intervention as needed.
• After-Action Reporting (AAR): Compile detailed post-event reports for management, analyzing incidents and overall operational effectiveness for future improvements.
• Provide Armed Protection: Safeguard high-profile individuals and properties in diverse settings, ensuring their safety through proactive strategies and tactical readiness.
• Conduct On-Site Threat Assessments: Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and design customized security plans to mitigate potential threats.
• Manage and Support Security Operations: Oversee on-site security needs, coordinate secure travel routes, and protect clients or assets during events or high-risk activities.
• Emergency Response Coordination: Act decisively in high-pressure scenarios, utilizing tactical skills to de-escalate threats, evacuate clients or assets, and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Serve as the primary contact for local authorities, ensuring efficient and coordinated responses during complex incidents.
• Maintain Client Confidentiality: Uphold strict professionalism and discretion, safeguard sensitive information, and maintain the privacy of high-profile clients.

• Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.
• BSIS Guard Card.
• BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.
• Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218).
• Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification.
• Powers to Arrest Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
• High level of physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.
• Proficient in both communication and dictation.
• Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.
• Ensures clear, concise, and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated skill in creating thorough, accurate reports that document incidents, observations, and activities in support of client needs.

• Advanced Medical Training: Certification in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) to manage medical emergencies on-site, prioritizing client safety.
