Arizona: Estimator/Project Manager for Commercial Drywall - Gpac

Are you an experienced Estimator/Project Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in the commercial drywall industry? Join a growing company that’s gearing up for an incredible 2025 and offers hybrid work flexibility!

Here’s what we’re looking for: Estimating Expertise: Provide estimates for steel stud, drywall, and acoustic ceiling projects across commercial, hospitality, and multifamily sectors (projects ranging from $25K to $5M). You’ll handle takeoffs, material quoting, pricing, and proposal writing. Experience with online estimating software like PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff is required. Project Management Skills: Oversee contracts, negotiate terms, order materials and equipment, process change orders, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget.
