Job Description
Required Exp. Minimum 7 years
- Lead and assist with identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases and Requirements / Agile process experience is a plus)
- Usage of ARIS for process mapping and current state documentation
- Ensure delivered work product meets/performs to functional requirements based on business requirements defined and approved by the business groups, and communicating to the application architects and by supporting unit and user acceptance testing phases.
- Assist in leading the compilation, delivery and maintenance of all phases (the inception/elaboration/construction/ transition / use case/property matrix/business rules documentation/user acceptance testing).
- Brings knowledge and experience of ARIS. Specifically their main features, benefits and limitations.
- Awareness or experience of various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM
- Should be able to Create Process flows (BPM Notations) in any ARIS
- Mentor and train business stakeholders in key BPM Functionality (Worklist, Workbasket, Get Next Work, Access Group, Work Group, Portal).
- Map business processes to the proposed BPMsolution
- Validate / Assist in Creation of specs for UI, system interface and prototypes and developing and demonstrating prototypes
- Conducting workshops , requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder alignment sessions and demonstrations to large groups of audiences
- Lean and Six Sigma experience will be an advantage
- Process Optimization experience
