Area Wellness Nurse- Northern VA - Brightview Senior Living, LLC

Responsibilities:

 

• Travel throughout an assigned region to provide Wellness Nurse support.
• Provide warm and engaging personal care services at multiple communities in a region.
• Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.    
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state specific or Brightview specific intervals.  

 

 

Salary Range:USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure:

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications:

 

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people! 
• You're a proud graduate of a state approved school of nursing.   
• A current Registered Nurse license has your name on it.
• For at least two years, you've provided  great care as a Nurse in an assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.
