Overview

Our client is an award winning global integrator. They are supporting a major branch of the Department of Defense and have a contract opportunity for a Workflow Manager Support to maintain leadership schedules, manage conference room schedules and provide front office administrative tasks

This role is onsite at The Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

Experience supporting executives and managing their schedules
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Willingness to learn
Strong time management skills
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Well organized
