My client is a leading medical device company within the aesthetics industry selling an exclusive product that simultaneously resurfaces, regenerates and tightens the skin, providing tailorable solutions to achieve patients’ desired outcome. The device delivers controlled heat to the skin stimulating a significant rejuvenation, without creating an open wound. There is no epidermal vaporization or charring caused at time of treatment. This role starts out as a 1099 Medical Sales position that will have the option for W2 in 2025. Monthly stipend of $4,000 + expenses provided.
Seeking to hire an Area Sales Manager responsible for promoting product growth and prospecting for new business. Manage an entire sales cycle, close deals and create sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
- Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
- Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
- Keep well-informed of available products, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
- Attend trainings and present product demos
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 1+ years of Capital Equipment Sales experience
- Experience within Aesthetic Laser industry required
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering:
- $48,000/year (Stipend / Gas) + Commissions
- Uncapped Commissions 18% – 30%
- Retention Bonus with W2 Conversion (2025)
- Expenses paid for travel & business related expenses
