POSITION: Area Sales ManagerLOCATION: Northern New England - NH/ME/VTThe ideal candidate resides in Southern New Hampshire—Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, or Portland Maine.We are seeking someone with over 5 years of experience selling medical capital equipment to physician offices.
The position offers a base salary of $75k, with an OTE of $200k+ ($2M quota).There is also a car allowance of $675/mo.

Working within a dynamic territory, your main responsibilities will be representing their industry-leading products, engaging with top professionals, and contributing to your clients’ success.
It will be your responsibility to exceed sales targets, plan strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and secure long-term partnerships.
This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to introduce game-changing technology to the aesthetic and medical industries.In This Role, You Will- Be responsible for achieving sales targets by selling all of the client's products within the defined territory.- Conduct prospecting, customer presentations, product demonstrations, and close sales transactions.- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing sales.- Perform market research and manage the assigned territory.- Handle post-sale customer issues.- Collaborate with Field Service and corporate staff members.Essential Requirements- Membership in President’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or prestigious sales awards.- Bachelor's degree in business or science.- Proven success in selling capital equipment.- Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering technical solutions through clear, concise, and easy-to-understand presentations.- Familiarity with Return on Investment selling methodology.- Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is highly preferred, although not required.- Customer-service focused and comfortable interacting with clients at all levels.- Heavy travel is required for this position.
