Area Sales Manager (Full-Time, 100% Remote Job)

Job Summary:

As an Area Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in selling our innovative PaceMate® Software and Service offerings to new customers within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales objectives through solution-oriented approaches.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the CRM industry space, particularly in remote monitoring solutions for CIEDs and event/wearable monitors. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a knack for building advocacy teams, and a drive to exceed sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales process of PaceMate® Products and Services into new clinics, health systems, hospitals, and upgrade opportunities in existing customer base
Cultivate support from clinicians, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and administrators for PaceMate®
Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within the assigned territory
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition post-sale and drive software and services utilization
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while adhering to the sales plan for the assigned geography
Develop relationships with key clinical leaders, senior health system executives, and hospital administrators
Resolve contractual issues and facilitate PaceMate implementation and integration
Maintain effective communication and follow-up with sales prospects
Education, Training, and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of three years of experience in the cardiac rhythm management industry
Demonstrated success in business-to-business selling
Proficiency with collaboration applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Slack)
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
Must reside in the state of Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional executive presentation and cold calling skills
Strong follow-up abilities across written, verbal, and in-person channels
Proficiency in clinical selling and financial selling
Familiarity with remote selling tools (e.g., Teams, Webex, Zoom)
Strategic business planning and operational implementation skills
Ability to manage key opinion leaders and drive market development
High motivation, resilience, and effective communication skills
Professional demeanor and self-motivation
Additional Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 50% travel.
Must have stable, reliable internet access.
