Area Sales Manager at Radisson Hotel Portland Airport

Location: Radisson Portland Airport Hotel, Portland, OR

Salary: $20 - $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales and Catering Managers by handling customer service tasks.
• Manage and update files, records, and documents.
• Respond to sales inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist in managing room blocks and function space availability.
• Prepare materials for site inspections and sales calls.
• Create menu and pricing proposals for clients.
• Handle client documentation, including BEOs, Group Resumes, and Contracts.
• Review banquet tickets for accuracy post-event.
• Coordinate group room block management and special requests.
• Perform general office duties and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality sales experience.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism.
