Your role at JUVLY AESTHETICS:
As an Area Sales Manager you will be overseeing the client experience, team development, and operations in your spa region. Reporting to the Company’s Ops team, you will lead your spa locations through Juvly Aesthetics culture and values to ensure our company vision and objectives are met. We currently have four (4) locations that are within driving distance of each other in MN and WI.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all clinics, ensuring a smooth functioning, efficient, and positive work environment.
- Implement strategies to grow the business by leveraging client loyalty programs/memberships, events, service and product knowledge, and more.
- Develop local contacts; schedule and execute spa and wellness events to grow client database and spa local awareness.
- Work closely with other operations team members through remote platforms, reporting progress regularly to drive overall spa results.
- Maintain optimum spa staffing levels to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Participate in financial planning and budget management.
- Build a coaching culture in the spas where everyone is recognized for their success and provided feedback on areas to grow.
- Implement, support, and drive all operational initiatives to ensure spa profit and efficient processes.
Requirements:
- Prior management experience in sales, office or clinic management; experience in medical, retail, or beauty preferred.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team to be their best self.
- Demonstrated passion for exceptional guest service and experiential retail/service.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of basic tech / operating systems for communication and office needs .
- Basic to advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law.
Working Hours & Travel:
This position requires a 5-day work week, Monday through Friday. Monthly/quarterly travel will be required for the role. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. Position is based in the MN/WI region.
