Key Areas of Responsibility include :


· Communicate and inspire a vision for your team’s successful performance


· Develop territory strategy


· Customer retention


· Report, analyze, and act on team performance metrics


· Achieve forecast accuracy and consistency


· Partner with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities


· Identify, build and develop relationships and referrals


· Provide timely and thoughtful feedback on market conditions, issues, and opportunities


· Understand the customer’s business objectives and ensure NCR is viewed as a strategic partner to help meet these goals


· Identify decision makers – in depth discussions on business issues


· Develop relationships– tie our solutions to business pains/problems


· Communicate effectively and drive cross functional teams to ensure customer success


· Conduct needs assessments for identifying and developing NCR Voyix solution sets


· Manage all sales activities within Salesforce, including maintaining and updating pipeline and accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, territory planning, forecasting, lead management, opportunity management, and quoting


· Support of industry trade shows


· Adhere to all NCR Voyix policies, procedures and business ethics codes
