We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations.
Position Overview:
The Area Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations within a designated area, ensuring all restaurants operate efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the companys values and standards. This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales, optimize operations, and mentor and develop store managers to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring all locations meet company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability across all locations by implementing effective marketing strategies and ensuring cost control.
Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and addressing any customer concerns or feedback.
Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and food handling regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Reporting: Analyze and report on key performance indicators, sales trends, and other metrics to senior management.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supply chain logistics to ensure restaurants are adequately stocked.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or similar leadership role in the restaurant or food service industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, health regulations, and labor management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and a diverse team effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
Experience working on or with military bases is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 base per year
