About the Job
The mission of the Area Manager role is to deliver on the department’s growth objectives through execution of brand operational standards, guest experience and development of the team. (Requires travel)
What You'll Do
- Utilize KREWE tools and Best Practices to achieve the department’s sales objectives and Lead Lag Measures by cultivating a culture of excellence to drive desired results.
- Partner w/ Training Manager and DOS to prioritize scalable Coaching Development tools needed to measure results and syncs w/ KREWE performance management cycle.
- In partnership w/ Trainer and Optical Manager, utilize the OnBoarding Training tools to ensure store teams are fully trained and operating KREWE location throughout the territory at the highest level.
- Verify execution of operational processes, KGE and ensure brand standards are being consistently executed at the highest level.
- Open new KREWE locations and activate TH residencies w/in territory to support brand expansion/growth strategy.
- Recruit, interview and select top talent to deliver exceptional In Person experiences in territory.
