Job Details
Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Balance company interests with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.
Develop strategic relationships and alliances to enhance our market presence and community impact.
Manage financial, safety, and performance metrics, maintaining situational awareness and proactive strategies.
Contribute to bid reviews, financial forecasting, and budget management.
Lead safety initiatives and uphold quality standards within the area of responsibility.
Ensure adherence to company standards, reporting, and budgetary objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (civil engineering, construction management, etc.) preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including P&L responsibility.
