Area Director of Sales and Marketing - Hospital/Healthcare

Tampa, Florida

$100K-$110K plus Monthly Bonus

Summary:

The Area Director of Sales and Marketing (ADSM) is responsible for the

implementation, support, analysis, execution and training of the sales and

marketing initiatives in their assigned hospitals. With the Districts senior

leadership, hospitals senior leadership and marketing staff, the ADSM will

implement core standardized marketing and training practices and

procedures to achieve the hospitals vision, mission and goals. The ADSM

will provide support to enable their assigned hospitals to meet admissions

and census goals, provide marketing leadership and support to their

assigned facilities to meet business objectives. The ADSM is responsible

for supporting, mentoring and leading the assigned districts hospital sales

teams.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in related field. Masters degree preferred.

Licenses/Certification:

Valid drivers license required.

Clinical Licensure preferred. (RN/LPN/RT)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare/hospital post-acute marketing and sales management.


• Management experience over a sales team and multiple facilities preferred.
